These terms govern your access to and use of Productive AI Lab. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to them.
Last updated: 8 September 2026
You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the platform.
When you purchase or are granted access to a course, we give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access it for your own learning. You may not share your account, resell access, or copy, redistribute or publicly post our course materials without our written permission.
An All-Access subscription unlocks every course for as long as it remains active. It renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account’s billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Billing Policy for details.
You agree not to:
All course content, text, graphics, logos and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms don’t transfer any ownership to you.
Our content is for general educational purposes and is provided “as is”. AI is a fast-moving field; while we work to keep material accurate and current, we don’t guarantee specific results, and nothing here is professional, legal, financial or other specialist advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that harms us or other users. You may stop using the service at any time; some terms survive termination (e.g. IP and liability).
We may update these terms; we’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide clearer notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise. (Update this to match your business.)
